Easiest banana bread you’ll ever make😋 I even added a scoop of bloomsupps collagen peptides essentials! I love testing out new products sent to me and I was excited to partner together with them for this recipe. I always add collagen to my baking goods because the benefits are incredible. Let me explain a little because I often get questions as to why I use it and if I see a difference and the answer is YES!

Collagen peptides are the ultimate beauty supplement. They can improve skin health by reducing wrinkles and dryness. They also benefit hair and nails, (I’m convinced this is what helped me with postpartum hair loss💯) while boosting muscle mass and keeping joints strong. (This can be really good if you’re athletic or work out) If you haven’t taken collagen before I recommend doing your own research. For me I haven’t gone a day without it for the past five years 🙌🏻

Recipe for my CHOCOLATE CHIP PISTACHIO BANANA BREAD W/ SEA SALT (gf, df, refined sugar free)

❗️Best part of this recipe is that you throw all the wet ingredients into the blender and add it to the dry ingredients. It literally takes minutes!

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
3 spotty bananas
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup avocado oil (sub coconut oil)
2 room temp pasture raised eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
2 scoops bloomsupps collagen peptides
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (will use for topping)
Few shakes of cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips + more for topping
Generous sprinkle of flakey sea salt

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Add dry ingredients to a medium size bowl. Add wet ingredients to a blender and pulse together for a couple minutes. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir to combine. Fold in pistachios and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 40-45 (oven temps vary so take it out at 40 min and see if it needs more time. My took the full 45 and was cooked perfectly)

Once cooled, carefully lift bread out of pan and transfer to a cooling rack. ENJOY!
