PEANUT BRITTLE FUDGE 🤩
A lot of you said you knew what it was when I shared it on my stories yesterday but I bet you didn’t think it would be a cold treat! Tbh this fudge was a complete accident lol. I was trying to make something else and the recipe flunked so welcome to this creation that actually didn’t turn out half bad if I do say so myself 🤣

Peanut brittle is one of my FAVORITE sweet treats! This tastes pretty damn close and is surprisingly v easy to make. See below!

Ingredients:
1 bag of white chocolate chips ( I used the brand lilys_sweets )
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup of peanut butter
Dash of vanilla extract
1/3 cup plain peanuts
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of sea salt flakes for topping

Directions:
To a small saucepan on medium low heat: add the white chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract and sea salt. Once melted and combined toss in the peanuts!
Pour into a parchment paper line Pyrex (I used a 2Q) Top with flaky sea salt and more peanuts if you desire. Put into the freezer for at least an hour. Cut into squares and store in fridge or freezer for quick grabs. ENJOY!
