Tangy and garlicky with a little sweetness!! This ROASTED CAULIFLOWER has all the flavors that’ll make you swoon for sure! 🤤 I pulled the baking sheet out of the oven and we all ate off of it with chopsticks as an appetizer before dinner!
Get the recipe below:
1 small head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon of honey
juice from 1/2 of a lime
1 tablespoon minced garlic (I used the kind in the jar)
a good shake of toasted sesame seeds
small bunch of cilantro chopped
*optional* red pepper flakes
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Rinse cauliflower and cut into desired size. Blot with paper towels to absorb moisture. Layer on baking sheet and get your sauce ingredients ready.
In a small bowl add all sauce ingredients (besides cauli) Mix to combine and pour over cauliflower. Using your hands (best tool!) mix cauliflower together and rearrange giving enough space through the baking sheet.
Roast cauliflower for 20 minutes, then broil on low until tops get crispy. Feel free to squeeze a little more lime over the top, a drizzle of honey and fresh cilantro 🌿 Grab some chopsticks and DIG IN!
